Disgusting service from #RAC. A person (female) very dear to me with significant health concerns left for 6 and half hours alone! She was helped by other people in the end and #RAC never showed up! If you can’t deliver what you promise, stop taking money from people! Useless!

Can we stop using minimising, value laden language around self-harm. Calling a wound ‘superficial’ is minimising. My ‘superficial’ wounds were never superficial to me. What you mean is a wound not requiring suture. Say that if you must describe physical severity
