We are working to resolve this issue as a priority.
Mobile and Internet Banking is working and available for members.

Outage update: we can confirm that access to Mobile Banking and Internet Banking is back online and available to members.
Members can now also make inbound calls to our Call Centre.

We are aware of issues that members may currently be experiencing when attempting to login into their Mobile Banking, Internet Banking and when attempting to contact us via phone.

Following the RBA’s increase of the official cash rate, Beyond Bank is increasing interest rates by:
0.25% for variable owner-occupier and investor loans
0.25% for variable commercial loans.
These changes are effective 13 October 2026.

Following the RBA’s decision to increase the official cash rate, Beyond Bank is increasing interest rates by:

0.25% for variable owner-occupier and investor loans
0.25% for variable commercial loans.

The variable loan rate increase is effective from 10 June.
