The minute you decide that you deserve to be at the top of your priority list everything changes. It’s nice to take care of others. But taking care of you? That’s the real flex. Let’s normalize that.
Your health status is often a reflection of your current habits. If you want better habits, you need to create better systems and processes to support them.
If you’re a midlife woman, these 4 things will improve your health + body composition:
1) Protein at every meal
2) Strength training 3 days/week
3) Sleep - at least 7 hours/night
4) Reduce stress - try walking
