Apologies for later posting; those of us running TBRP (me included!) are also living with damaged brains - sometimes things take a little longer 💭

While Delamere was muddy, Suffolk was cold and bright.
Different counties. Same heart. 🩵

Huge thank you to Bridget for leading and creating such a supportive space.

No one should have to do this alone.

Delamere brought rain, mud and our biggest turnout yet.🩵

New faces, big smiles and brilliant conversations.

Even better, some of the Sahara team are now setting fresh goals of their own to keep their fitness journey going.

This is what life Beyond Recovery looks like.

@BahaNick16 @Cazlar123 @SaveRedlandLibr Tea in a sandstorm was interesting - and rather gritty!

It’s been a tough couple of years , and so proud to see my wife complete 100km across the Sahara with a team of Brain Tumour survivors 👏🏽 Thanks to @saracrosland and the @BeyondRecoveryP Team for getting them all through 🧠🇲🇦 #braintumour #tumour #sahara

Sitting on the dunes watching the Sahara sunset we felt why The Beyond Recovery Project exists. It wasn’t just about crossing the desert, but those living every day with the impact of a brain tumour diagnosis, often feeling alone & unseen.

We’re here to make sure they’re not.
