At this time the Belmont Fire Department is currently working a building fire on Seavey Road in Belmont, NH. We would like to advise our residents that the Belmont High School is not involved with incident.
BFD, BPD and the NH Fire Marshallβs Office have been on the scene of a fire at 121 Brown Hill Rd, Belmont, NH. If anyone has any information pertaining to this incident, please contact the Fire Marshallβs Office at 1-800-400-3526 or the Belmont Fire Department at 603-267-8333.
This event has been slightly revamped and moved inside, but we are still making this happen! Stop by the station with the kiddos for a little Halloween fun!
We are still holding our Halloween event tomorrow night! Bring the kids out to share some s'mores, hot dogs and hot cocoa with Smokey Bear, snap Halloween photos, climb in the driver's seat of our trucks, and even get a lil' candy while they are at it! We hope to see you there!

Here's a throwback for Belmont Residents... On this day 5 years ago, BFD, along with many surrounding departments, responded to a fire at the Weeks Historical Barn on Depot Street.
Today is STEM Day at the Belmont Middle School. BFD headed there this morning to conduct an extrication demo, a smoke trailer demo and hands only CPR training for the middle schoolers and staff throughout the day.
Yesterday, IPS came out to the station to have members try out new auto extrication tools. BFD members spent part of the sunny afternoon training on new battery operated hydraulic extrication tools, which are used to tear apart motor vehicles in the event a patient is trapped.
