@BootsUK please can you advise why a product you guaranteed would be here yesterday isn't going to be here before Christmas on Click and Collect? Offered a refund but how does that help? Why say guaranteed?

@davejthorp How did you manage to get them to acknowledge? No call centre, no net chat, no fault on the web? Only 10 houses with my postcode in Preston so hardly loads of people going to log it lol

@richardbranson apologies for contacting you, just wondering if one of your team could possibly look at my issues? In this day and age I'm surprised you have no BC plan for your call centres?
