The biggest con is wages, a lot of FL still has cheap wages. That is if you still work. Cost of living used to be cheaper but that has gone up everywhere.

Pros, to many to list. Moved here from the west coast USA 4 years ago and still loving it, but depends on the area,
FL is like 4 different states so depends on what part you move to. Can’t generalize just FL as one place.

So just found out they removed the option to download videos directly to laptops. Preparing for my flight across country tomorrow was going to load up some shows and movies and come to find out they removed the option for downloads in windows devices but they still have it for phones. WTF why would I want to watch a video on my phone when I have a laptop?

True story, I was speeding doing like 85-90 it was a rural 2 lane highway in Northern CA, highway patrol coming at me as soon as he passed he flipped a bitch and I was like fuck so I just pulled over. He walked up to the car and was like I pulled you over for being on your phone and he must of seen my facial expression like WTF you talking about. I was like I wasn't on my phone, shit I pulled over cause I was clearly speeding but I didn't tell him that. Gave him my license and registration, he ran it and came back and he was like ok have a good day just stay off you phone. No ticket just let me go.

Sure I don't mind driving but FSD is game changing and I will not buy another car without it.

What exactly is property tax?

You look at my property tax bill and I have 4 different taxes taken out for schools. It equals half of my property tax bill. I pay $2728.64 in just different school taxes.

School taxes should be equal amongst all residents should not go off a % of my house purchase price.

Just because my neighbors bought 10 years earlier and use the same schools my taxes shouldn't be 10x higher.
