We had to go through the help menu, find the right options, Answer to the Chat bot describing why we wanted to cancel the wallet and bla bla bla

I'm received an SMS stating that I would be charged for a feature which never mentioned about the fees in the moment we sign up for.

And upon Opening the feature, You are forcing the Users to do a KYC to retrieve their documents.

Isn't it predatory?

But in Today's world, Everything is cluttered and not easy to start learning in PHP or Laravel.

Not everyone is interested in docs.

@deepigoyal I got Scammed at Zomato today on a order of chicken at the price of Rs.280 and receiving very miniscule amount of Food.

It is literally an Inch of Food which could last for 3 table spoons of quantity. @zomatocare @zomato chat support is crap with automated replies.
