این حوادث چه در بعد داخلی و چه خارجی به دلیلی در کشور ما اتفاق می افتند که ما بعد از فراز و نشیب های زیاد به یک دو راهی مرگ و زندگی ملی رسیده ایم که اساس آنرا بحران عدم مشروعیت تشکیل می دهد. عبور از این حالت عقل جمعی و تلاش همگانی نیاز دارد که کشور دوباره به صراط مستقیم برگردانده شود.

تر کومه چې د ملي ګټو په اړه د ولس په غوښتنو او بحث پورې اړه مومي، نه شوای کېدی چې د ملي او سیمه ییزې دایمي سولې مهمه مساله له پامه وغورځوو. دلته اساسي پوښتنه هم همدا ده چې دایمي سولې ته چې زموږ له لاسه وتلی حق دی، څنګه ورسېږو؟ آیا دا ومنو چې د یوې ډلې د ارادې تحمیل مو هغې ته رسولی شي؟ که نه باید ټول لاسونه سره ورکړو، زړونه یو کړو، سرونه نژدې او فکرونه سره ګډ کړو چې ور ورسېږو؟

عقل جمعی افغان ها حکم می کند که ملت باید با توکل به الله تعالی (ج) و طلب معاونت از آن ذات بی همتا، به جستجوی گمشده اساسی خود که صلح پایدار است، بر آید. این صلح پایدار، هم برای همه ما در داخل کشور و هم با همسایه های دور و نزدیک ما درمنطقه نیاز است تا به جای بحران های دایمی، به رفاه دایمی که به سود همه است، برسیم.

At least 400 people were killed and 250 injured in an air strike by Pakistan on a drug users rehabilitation hospital in Kabul, a spokesman of the Afghan Taliban government said on Tuesday, a sharp escalation in the conflict between the neighbours.

— Afghanistan’s former president Hamid Karzai rejected Pakistan’s denial of civilian casualties after its strike on a drug rehabilitation center in Kabul reportedly killed over 400 patients. Islamabad dismissed the reports as “false and misleading,” claiming secondary explosions proved it had hit ammunition depots, not civilians.

The Guardian reported that rescue teams were still using cranes and heavy machinery throughout Tuesday morning to dig victims out of the ruins of the Omid Addiction Treatment Hospital.

Many bodies were reported to be severely disfigured, making identification difficult for families. At least 75 bodies were seen in bags or coffins being shuttled by ambulances.
