@AirbnbHelp - Hosts be aware Airbnb has a bug on the platform reducing the price and admitted that they can price the property below your minimum price on the smart pricing on the phone now!

@AirbnbHelp Just had an Airbnb Senior Case Manager confirm in writing that their Smart Pricing system rented out my listing at £150/night when I had it set at £500.
Quote: "the system captured the booking at £150 per night based on low-demand algorithms and the active threshold settings."
