Uber shuttles are the worst. This is an incident of 22nd July 2024.I booked the shuttle in the afternoon for the evening. When the driver is nearby I call them.The driver says he is at the cng gas it will take 30mins and it makes me cancel it and it happened with me THRICE.

And after that I book the next shuttle it doesn't come to my location goes beyond the location and they charge me but doesn't come to the location and again when I book for the 3rd time it still doesn't come to my location. And I get charged for both the rides.

I waste my time waiting for around 50 mins waiting for the shuttle.  This is pathetic as being a girl standing on the road waiting for the shuttle to arrive is ridiculous. This is a struggle for me on a daily basis where I wait for the shuttles. @Uber_India @UberIN_Support

@abhishekgargbjp This is what ridiculous.. this number is fake .. they take online payments and didn’t deliver the product. and still you are announcing verified without knowing its impact. So better take care of such things or make sure before mention that its verified that u do it self too.
