am reaching out regarding a recurring issue we have experienced with Delta over the past two weeks. My husband and I have been separated on three different flights despite being on the same reservation, and we were also downgraded from Comfort+ to Main Cabin on a recent flight.
We understand seating and upgrades are dynamic, especially with many Medallion members traveling, but this pattern reflects a poor customer experience for loyal Delta customers who intentionally prioritize flying with your airline.
I also believe there may be an issue with the seating algorithm. My husband prefers a window seat and I prefer an aisle seat, but on aircraft with three-seat rows, the system appears to prioritize those individual preferences over keeping passengers on the same reservation seated together.
At this point, the repeated issues are causing us to reconsider our loyalty to Delta, and I hope this can be reviewed from both a customer service and operational perspective. #DELTA

@GlennBurnsWSB I hit a massive pothole in Columbus (July 24th) at the cloverleaf heading on 185N at 10 pm at night. Got home at 4 am and it caused 6K in damages and a permanent rattle in my vehicle. So grateful I was not hit while waiting for help. I should get reimbursed. @CPDGA@COLUMBUSGA911

@AuforGA Ok thank you. I have colleagues that received an email but I did not. If there is an issue, who do we contact? Obviously anxious because I planned time off of work around my return date. Hopefully I can get it scheduled on the date on my Covid card.

I planned to take part of the day off since my first dose took over two and a half hours to receive. Will I receive an email today to register for Friday 1/29?

@DavidHollandMD Dr. Holland, is there a way to automatically schedule the 2nd dose the same day the 1st dose is administered so that no one slips through the cracks? Also, there were only 3 people checking us in at the Benz. Once you got past the bottleneck, it was a quick process.
@DavidHollandMD Dr. Holland, my colleague & I got the initial dose at Mercedes Benz. We need to schedule the 2nd dose next week & the following but appointments are booked. No return calls. Can we show up on our date for the 2nd dose? There needs to be a separate sign up for 2nd dose. Help!
@balsamhill Very disappointed that I purchased 5 wreaths and 2 garlands from this company. They only worked for one season. Now, many lights do not work and they won’t sell me any of their unique LED replacement bulbs. Their expectation is to buy new wreaths annually.
