Birmingham Food Aid is a non profit charity our mission is to assist and promote in the well-being of vulnerable families and individuals within Birmingham
Everyone should have enough money for the basics. Today our #StateOfHunger report reveals an unparalleled level of detail about why people are forced to use #foodbanks. The research is clear: we need change now https://t.co/of9fCvN8J0 >
How to make a donation?
While we strive to ensure we have sufficient supplies of food to meet the demand, we often find that we run out of particular items.
This means that we need to ensure we have adequate funds to purchase the items as and when we need them. Below we list what we currently require and how you can donate, either food or money, to help us continue to help families in the community.
No One Should Go Hungry!
Our mission is to end hunger in Birmingham and the West Midlands through community partnerships. Each year, we touch the lives of one in nine individuals who seek emergency food assistance.
Our aim is to provide food for adults and children in the community who cannot otherwise afford to purchase food. Where possible, we also provide toiletries. We believe ending hunger is a shared responsibility, and the right thing to do. We invite you to join us.
