7. खेजड़ी की Transplantation Policy बनाई जाए

•यदि परियोजना जरूरी है, तो पहले पेड़ों को काटने की बजाय
वैज्ञानिक तरीके से transplant (स्थानांतरण) किया जाए।

🌳 राजस्थान वृक्ष संरक्षण अधिनियम के लिए सुझाव (खेजड़ी संरक्षण हेतु)

1. सोलर और अन्य औद्योगिक परियोजनाओं के लिए अनिवार्य Tree Impact Assessment (TIA)
•जिस तरह Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) होता है, उसी प्रकार
Tree Impact Assessment (TIA) अनिवार्य किया जाए।
•यदि परियोजना में खेजड़ी के पेड़ प्रभावित होते हैं, तो परियोजना की अनुमति रोक दी जाए या वैकल्पिक भूमि चयन किया जाए।

2. ग्राम सभा की अनुमति अनिवार्य हो
•किसी भी परियोजना के लिए पेड़ काटने से पहले
स्थानीय ग्राम सभा की लिखित सहमति अनिवार्य की जाए।
•इससे स्थानीय समुदाय की भागीदारी और जवाबदेही सुनिश्चित होगी।

3. अवैध कटाई पर कठोर दंड का प्रावधान
•खेजड़ी की अवैध कटाई पर
•₹1 लाख से ₹5 लाख तक का जुर्माना
•और 1 से 3 साल तक की सजा का प्रावधान हो।

4. Solar Projects के लिए Tree-Sensitive Planning
•सोलर परियोजनाओं को बंजर और पेड़ रहित भूमि पर प्राथमिकता दी जाए।
•पेड़ों वाले क्षेत्रों में solar plant लगाने की अनुमति न दी जाए।

5. Tree Census और Digital Monitoring
•पूरे राजस्थान में खेजड़ी का Tree Census किया जाए।
•GIS और Satellite के माध्यम से निगरानी की जाए, ताकि अवैध कटाई तुरंत पकड़ी जा सके।

6. “Khejari Conservation Authority” का गठन
•खेजड़ी संरक्षण के लिए एक विशेष प्राधिकरण बनाया जाए
•जो संरक्षण, निगरानी और नीति निर्माण का कार्य करे।

Your app clearly displayed “Report in 6 hours” while booking the CBC test. However, immediately after payment, the status changed to “Reports by Tomorrow 06:00 PM” — nearly 24 hours.

This is misleading and unacceptable.

A patient who is unwell books a CBC test expecting results in 6 hours so that treatment and medicines can be started immediately based on the report. If the report is delayed until tomorrow evening, how is a sick patient supposed to manage in the meantime? How will the patient survive or begin proper medication without the promised report timeline?

Customers make decisions based on the timeline shown before payment. Changing it after payment amounts to false commitment and lack of transparency.

I expect immediate clarification and resolution. If this is not addressed promptly, I will escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer grievance authorities.

How is this acceptable? First you promise 6 hours, and after payment it changes to 24 hours?

This is misleading information and feels like false commitment to customers. If the report cannot be delivered in 6 hours, then the correct timeline should be displayed before taking payment.

I expect an immediate clarification and resolution on this matter.

सरकार ने कंपनी का बचाव भी कर दिया और पर्यावरण प्रेमियों को भी खुश ।।
लेकिन खेजङी फिर भी कटेगी यह भी पर्यावरण प्रेमियों को लिखित दिया है और वो खुश भी जाने अनजाने में आप हम सब कि एक ही मांग थी पुर्ण रूप से प्रतिबंध लगे लेकिन सरकार ने फिर से लॉलीपॉप दे दी समझ आने तक बहुत कुछ बदल जायेगा और पर्यावरण प्रेमी ठगा हुआ महसूस करेंगे जो कंपनी प्लांट स्थापित करेगी वो अपनी कानूनी कार्रवाई पुरी करेगी और उसमे वृक्ष कटाई वैध होगा इस लेटर में अवैध कटाई पर कार्रवाई होना बताया है
ये बात तो राजस्थान वन अधिनियम 1953 में ही लिखी हुई है, स्टेट ट्री एक्ट 1983 में भी लिखी हुई है कि अवैध कटाई नहीं होगी ये कानून तो पहले से है।
पूर्ण प्रतिबंध हो ये मांग थी वो कहाँ है ।।

कोई भी सोलर कंपनी अवैध कटाई नहीं करती है,वे सबसे पहले भूमि का विधिवत एग्रीमेंट करती हैं,और कानूनी प्रक्रिया के तहत जमीन प्राप्त करती हैं!इसके बाद सभी आवश्यक सरकारी अनुमतियाँ और औपचारिकताएँ पूर्ण करती हैं!सभी संबंधित विभागों से अनुमति मिलने के बाद ही साइट पर कार्य शुरू किया जाता है!
अतः उनके द्वारा की गई खेजड़ी की कटाई विधिसम्मत और वैध होती है!
इसके विपरीत,यदि कोई सामान्य व्यक्ति अपने खेत में खड़ी खेजड़ी को बिना सरकारी अनुमति के,केवल अपनी आवश्यकता या किसी अन्य कारण से काटता है, तो वह कानूनी रूप से वैध नहीं माना जाता/अवैध है!

If voters can HIRE a neta, they should be able to FIRE the neta too.

If Indian voters have the Right to Elect, they should have the ‘RIGHT TO RECALL’ too.

Right to Recall is a mechanism that empowers voters to de-elect an elected representative, before their term ends, if they fail to discharge their duties. If we can impeach the President, the Vice President and judges, and move a no confidence motion against an elected government mid term, then why should voters be forced to tolerate a non performing MP or MLA for five full years.

Five years is too long. There is no profession where you underperform for five years with zero consequences.

More than 24 democracies in the world such as the United States, Switzerland etc. provide arecall or voter initiated removal mechanisms in some form. If Indian voters have the right to elect, they should have the right to recall too.

However, there should be safeguards to prevent misuse:

Threshold - At least 35 to 40 percent voters should back a recall trigger through a verified petition before any recall vote is held
Cooling period - A minimum 18 month lock in after election so the representative has time to deliver and cannot be targeted immediately after winning
Clear grounds- Recall only for proven misconduct, fraud, corruption or serious neglect of duty, not everyday political disagreements
Final test- Recall succeeds only if more than 50 percent voters support removal in the recall vote

This is citizen empowerment. It will push parties to field performers, reduce corruption, and bring democracy back to accountability.

Voters have the right to vote someone into office and they should have the right to vote them out of office too.
