The zram kernel module creates RAM-based block devices named /dev/zram<id> (<id> = 0, 1, ...). Pages written to these disks are compressed and stored in memory itself. These disks allow very fast I/O and compression provides good amounts of memory saving https://t.co/0w5AgORq1F
This is the MicroPython project, which aims to put an implementation of Python 3.x on microcontrollers and small embedded systems

Difference: initrd VS initramfs #Linux. Initrd is a fixed-size block device, which requires to be 'formatted' by a filesystem such as ext2. It cannot be enlarged or shortened. On the other hand, initramfs is a cpio archive which can be resized as needed. https://t.co/aoZLdhXmhA
catp - A neat little tool that print logs of a _running_ process. Useful if you need logs of process who's logs were redirected to /dev/null. https://t.co/dBuj2zJeow
@tkpdesigns Beautifully written @tkpdesigns! Such an awesome and motivating journey. Thank you for sharing. I wish you all the best for your road ahead!
If you’re a people manager and you’re “too busy” to have 1:1s with your direct reports, especially when they have blockers impeding their work, I would highly recommend taking a step back to assess how you manage. Your people should *always* be one of your very top priorities.
Programming with portable data types in embedded systems - ensures that the datatypes have the same memory footprint across different architectures e.g. uint8_t is the same on all #embedded platforms #Linux#programming https://t.co/Z4Yu6F4WzY
Stressful Application Test (or stressapptest #Linux ) is a memory interface test. It tries to maximize randomized traffic to memory from processor and I/O, with the intent of creating a realistic high load situation #embedded https://t.co/ykWLCh7Vgu
