@SwiggyCares I suppose your earlier tweet was written with a different purpose and tone altogether. If you can't resolve an issue stop pushing the blame onto the customer.

The order wasn't delivered i had to go all the way to the pinned address to collect the order.
First have a buggy app, then a non responsive customer care , over and above irresponsive delivery agent.

@swiggy_in@SwiggyCares you app is extremely buggy and is randomly selecting locations. I have made a purchase at instamart and delivery gets pinned to a random address. I ask the executive to cancel the order or deliver to a place closer to the stall

The partner's phone was engaged, he had no courtesy to pickup the call. The customer care executive lacked training and i had to run to the pinned location to ensure that the delivery executive doesn't disturb the residents in that location
