He said, "... The Indian government conducts an examination here for those MBBS degree holders, called the FMGE, Foreign Medical Graduates Examination. Around 38,000 students appeared for the examination this time. And these are children from poor and ordinary families... Today, I can see that these children are putting their lives on the line. They have some very genuine demands. Their demands are that the answer key should be shown, the answer sheet should be shown, and there should be transparency..."

Today, representatives of AIMSA-FMSW & AFA made sincere efforts to meet Hon’ble Union Health Minister Shri J. P. Nadda Ji regarding the genuine concerns of FMGs.

Delegates visited Kartavya Bhawan and Shri Nadda Ji’s residence and spoke with his Personal Secretary. We were assured that our representation has reached the Ministry and the matter is being looked into. The PS also assured that delegates will be informed regarding further meetings and the Ministry’s response.
