इस कर्मचारी ने न सिर्फ जवानों की सेवा और बलिदान पर प्रश्न उठाया बल्कि उनके बच्चों को लेकर भी अमानवीय और असंवेदनशील टिप्पणी की। “विकलांग” जैसे शब्द का उपयोग करना न केवल अपमानजनक है, बल्कि यह पूरे समाज के लिए घृणित संदेश है। जबकि सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता मंत्रालय (Ministry of Social Justice) ने साफ निर्देश दिया है कि “विकलांग” शब्द का प्रयोग न किया जाए और इसके स्थान पर “दिव्यांग” शब्द का उपयोग किया जाए। ऐसे में एक प्रतिष्ठित बैंक की कर्मचारी द्वारा आधिकारिक या सार्वजनिक बातचीत में इस शब्द का प्रयोग करना मंत्रालय के निर्देशों की खुली अवहेलना है।

यह केवल असंवेदनशीलता नहीं, बल्कि घृणा फैलाने वाली भाषा (#hatespeech) की श्रेणी में आता है। CRPF जैसे अनुशासित बलों और उनके परिवारों को इस प्रकार नीचा दिखाना न केवल जवानों का अपमान है, बल्कि पूरे राष्ट्र का अपमान है। सवाल यह है कि क्या Ministry इस पर कठोर और त्वरित कार्यवाही करेगी, ताकि भविष्य में कोई भी संस्था या कर्मचारी हमारे सुरक्षा बलों और उनके परिवारों को अपमानित करने का दुस्साहस न कर सके।
