@lufthansa @airvistara My son & 80 yr old mom flew Lufthansa from AMD to CLT on 16th May. Upon arrival their 2 bags were missing, we filed the claim. It’s been 15 days and nobody from Lufthansa is responding & our bags are still MISSING! Mom’s daily needed medicines are in it 😡

@lufthansa @airvistara Ok if you’re not able to assist can you give me some phone number that I can call and find out what’s going on? CLT airport Lufthansa missing baggage tracking phone [phone] is NEVER ANSWERED and so is (877)- 234 3449. So who is that responsible person who can assist?
