Why empathy to parents of the deceased? The parents of the deceased made false allegations against Professor Doola and got SC/ ST act imposed. The parents must be penalised for false allegations.

Now that the video is out that showed unfortunately Sahil was cheating, TEAM BHARAT demands that there should be an unconditional apology to IIT BOMBAY professor Dr Doolla, he must immediately be reinstated, the SC-ST act case should be withdrawn & a compensation must be given . At the same time we must help Sahil's family and have empathy for the parents.

Who could be better person than Former CJI who himself is a Dalit saying there's need for amendment in SC/ST act to prevent misuse of the act? I hope GOI @narendramodi @AmitShah listens to eminent Jurist like Justice Gavai. But I don't agree with his suggestion of Andolan (street power) to force the government for amendment. If Andolan is required for any genuine sentiment of vast majority of people, then what purpose is Parliament serving. Is it democracy or mobocracy that should prevail.
