Don’t order anything from @Decathlon_India, returns don’t work. Delivered white shoes in a dirty cardboard box, and won’t accept return in exact same condition in few hours, dust on lace! Customer care is a joke with copy paste emails. Won’t order again! @Decathlon #Decathlon

@Decathlon_India Still waiting for any kind of update from @Decathlon_India in X, email or call. I really hope this is not intentionally trying to scam customers. I have also purchased rackets and other equipment but unable to play the sport until this is resolved. Frustrated to say the least

In my case the delivery person said some quality issue and since then no updates from any source. There is no issue and the shoe is in exact same condition as delivered. Customer happiness officers are also useless here
