If there is fitnah in the intention
So all efforts becomes temptations

As Allama iqbal says
Allah se kr de door tho aalim b fitnah ,imlak b aulad b jageer b fitnah ,Na haq k liye uthe tho shamsheer b fitnah ,shamsheer hi kya naare _e _takbeer b fitnah
