VIDEO | Delhi: Supreme Court brings new hope to pedestrians in the national capital.

In a city built for millions, something as basic as walking has become a daily challenge for Delhi residents.

This critical issue has come into focus following a recent Supreme Court ruling, which declared that the freedom to walk on a demarcated footpath is a fundamental right that must take precedence over motorized traffic.

The judgment is expected to bolster ongoing efforts to clear encroachments and elevate awareness surrounding pedestrian rights.
