Now my area shows undeliverable, though deliveries were happening till yesterday.
Support is silent (no response)& wallet money is stuck.
What’s happening? Totally unacceptable

Horrible experience and lack of support. This has happened twice since yesterday. In pack of six soap u sent me 5 soaps. and today u did a return of it from my yesterdays order and in m second order again u sent me that 5 soap pack in name f 6

Please add an option to show if delivery is by the restaurant or Zomato. Faced delays twice, including today—waited 1 hr, had to cancel as the restaurant needed 30+ mins more. It affected my dinner schedule. #CustomerFeedback

@zeptocares I already shared the order number, but I am sure there will not be any form of resolution. All my time is wasted and money stuck for few days if any refund will come. Please don't let customer order if u can't fulfill.

@ZeptoNow, @aadit_palicha : Horrific experience! Placed an order, paid, but delivery guy says it's too big and can't send it. Asked to make multiple orders instead. Customer care chat doesn’t respond either. Never faced this with BigBasket. Why offer a service you can't fulfill?
