@airtelindia Why do you think being a large company gives you the right to harass customers and behave without accountability? I am an Airtel Black customer, yet the kind of treatment I’ve received from your team has been absolutely shameful and unacceptable.
I had multiple conversations with your executives requesting a plan change because my current plan was of no use to me anymore. Despite repeated requests, no proper resolution was provided. Left with no option, I stopped paying for a service I neither needed nor wanted.
Then one of your executives, Anshika, called me and convinced me to make a payment of ₹1018 in the name of a “settlement,” assuring me that Airtel was offering a discount and that my account would be kept on hold until I decided to continue. It felt forced and misleading, but I still made the payment in good faith.
Even after that, I have continuously been receiving calls for additional payments. What’s worse is the language and tone used by your recovery executives…asking things like “When should we come to your house?” and speaking in an extremely intimidating, unprofessional, and disrespectful manner, almost like goons.
A recent call from someone named Raju has completely crossed the line. This kind of harassment and mental disturbance is unacceptable from a company of your stature. If Airtel believes it can misuse its position and escape accountability, then you are mistaken.
I have full faith in the law, and if this harassment continues, I am fully prepared to take legal action. This entire experience has been disgusting and deeply disappointing.

You owe an explanation and a proper apology.
