My salute to the Indian pilot Captain Smit Machchhar for his extraordinary bravery.
Despite being stabbed and seriously injured, he fought back, resisted, opened the cockpit door, and enabled passengers and crew to overpower the attacker — preventing a catastrophic mid-air disaster.
He saved the lives of 174 people, including Israeli citizens and other nationals.
I wish Captain Machchhar a speedy and full recovery.
He is a true hero.
@ShabanaMahmood Dear foolish person. No one asked for this and no one voted for this. I look forward to confining labour to the dustbin of history in a few years time
@mtpennycook Dear jackass, what you are proposing is robbery and will be fought tooth and nail by hard working landlords (such as myself)..labour are completely lost. Why don't you loosen reg to build ..idiots!
@ThatsAarthi we would have had a diff ECI with no incentive to conduct SiR. Net result illegals voting and no govt change in say west bengal. The opposition use the supposed tools of democracy to undermine the majority..
@ThatsAarthi Nope. Do you really think SIR would have been approved if we had someone checkmate us via having 2 appointee votes vs 1 for the govt. the opposition and let's assume the judiciary is not purely neutral. Every process wouldve been questioned. Logically had this been in place(1/2)
