Unprofessional behaviour of TT at Bharuch Station. My father was to board the Train# 11091 in Coach B1 which was locked from inside. Boarded coach B3 & used the interlink to reach reserved seat. When complained to TT his response "None of my business"

My father 69yrs old was travelling from Pune to Bharuch on train#22193. He was abruptly informed that the train stations from Surat to Shivpuri are cancelled & asked to alight the train. No reasons given even the TT was clueless! Pls help
