I'll go for complain to consumer court if they don't touch before this month end. brand must think about it's reputation.

JSN motors from surat,Gujarat has provided me the faulty bike - 350X and the service provider named munjani has not taken actions even after so many complaint mails and follow ups...
What to do now...? Who will get my bike in better and proper condition ...?

monograms also got replaced but which was not original (not even original color) .... so is it your service that is for betterment of customer relationship...?
During replacement, white straps on wheel got removed, still till the date, its not been restored...
