@tarunsachdeva It’s ridiculous - businesses are going to be calling their point of sale providers to implement the changes (and then implement the change back) - if it isn’t a SaaS product; most POS will require and onsite tech $$$ you better get an increase in patronage to pay for it!

@fahdananta It’s tip pooling and most provinces have guidelines.

Often it’s pooled first to give a portion to back of house (line cooks, cleaners etc… and sometimes bottom line). Then portion goes back to the specific server or it will split the remaining pool for all front of house.
