@Ryanair customer service is dismissal. (Yes tell me something we don’t already know). But really what is the point having phone number in foreign countries that only read out an automated message and whatever number you press they tell you find it on the website @ hang up?
On a plane that will not be full (honestly who would swap Portugal for Birmingham in December if they didn’t have a broken leg and need family) Ryanair are profiting from my broken leg and refusing to accommodate my disability - shameful! Where’s the Xmas spirit?

Lex, Dolfi can only process claims @lufthansa send them - they can only find one of the bags despite repeated claims!!! Outsourcing the issue is appalling service from a supposedly reputable airline. #damagedluggage#lufthansa#dontfly#poorcustomerservice

@lufthansa it was January you damaged both my hold luggage flying back from SA. I have submitted countless claims but only 1 bag seems to have gone through to Dolfi for a paltry £65 voucher. Customer service is generic AI email. When will you actually resolve this issue?
