I was denied entry in premise and support request for refund was created next day. It has been 14 days since then but still I have not received my refund. I want refund as per promise on call with your support.

partner said delivery will be post 3 PM. From that point I have not received any call or any contact for my package. The worst thing is that delivery partners do not come to the upper floor office.
