@DTDCIndia My shipment no. D3006791319 has been inordinately delayed without any explanation. I have also raised a ticket regarding the delay vide no. 25224435, but to no avail.

This was a time sensitive courier, and has now been ruined without any recourse.

I am appalled at Delhivery service
For a reward gift from IDFC Bank through RewardBig, I am asked to travel a distance of nearly 6 kms away from my house just to collect! Despite telling address to multiple delivery partners!

First they delayed our order, then they delivered the wrong order (we had ordered a medium size indi tandoori, and got this concocted shit), then they refuse to even acknowledge and fix the mistake.

The faulty cistern and flushing system requires a technician from your end being required to visit my house every week.

Worst part is, they work on a piecemeal manner, even when he knows the entire system is faulty and requires replacement, because he can’t get the “approval for entire replacement”

I am using the washroom with a constant unknown of whether the flush would even work
