Still no luggage from @SunwingVacay.Local rep called Montego Bay airport — confirmed it wasn’t even sent on April 28, though it should’ve arrived on April 27. Baggage dept says it’s there & cleared customs. Conflicting info, no accountability. #SunwingFail #TravelNightmare
