@LenovoSupport I faced a Wi Fi issue and your executive incorrectly quoted 3000 for an external Wi Fi reader. Gemini helped me resolve it on a video call within a minute by reinstalling drivers. Please improve your support staff's training.

Maine @Flipkart se @fireboltt__ ka ek watch liya tha jo within a month work karna band ho gya maine Firebolt ko reach out kiya 150 pay bhi kiya pickup k liye but Fireboltt reply nahi kar raha and Flipkart ko help k liye message karne se aise response kar rehe be aware before shop

@flipkartsupport They haven't provided any job sheet....i mailed them and called them several times but no any reply after paying 150/- pickup charges under Warrenty....I am sharing all the proofs in the dm kindly check.

@flipkartsupport @fireboltt__ India's no 1 scamming brand..... Don't purchase any product from them....They ask for 150 pickup charges and once you pay they ghost you......be aware don't buy any stuff from them @Flipkart stop selling scam brand.

@flipkartsupport I called the brand several times and also mailed them and also paid the pickup charges too... but still not getting any response...is this not a customer harrasment... first you or firebolt send defective product and then in the name of replacement take 150 and then stop replying

@jagograhakjago please took this matter seriously and take necessary action against @fireboltt__ for negligence and sending defective product and not providing resolution to customer,as an medical professional watch is very important to me and this behaviour is not acceptable.
