As part of our Girls in ICT Day Celebration, 17 young girls from diverse tech and non-tech backgrounds, including high school leavers, undergraduate students, and university graduates, took the stage to pitch AI applications they had designed and built.
This comes after they completed a two-month intensive bootcamp, where they learnt Design Thinking, Python programming, AI model development, and prototype creation. With these skills, they turned real community challenges into practical, tech-driven solutions.
