The current POTUS doesn’t give the furry crack of a rats behind about any country outside of the United States, yet claims to be the leader of the free world. His tariffs don’t affect the leaders of the countries he wishes to bully, as they pass the tariffs on to Small Businesses who import raw materials from those countries. My husband and I have invested our heart and souls into our manufacturing business, and President Trumps bully tactics have resulted in the price of one raw material increasing 7,500%. Not $7,500, but 7,500%. Another raw material has gone from $1.18 per Kg, to $1.86 per Kg. And we are not an isolated case. 3 businesses that we’ve worked with previously have had to close their doors forever because the POTUS wants to throw his imperial weight around. Despite what the majority of America believes, the rest of the world pretends that they don’t see the US as a joke. A bad joke. He just does what he wants, and the rest of the world can crash and burn. Oh, and just an FYI for the younger generations in the US, WW2 started YEARS prior to Pearl Harbour. The US was like “it’s not our problem”, until it was. Then they involved themselves, dropped an atomic bomb on Japan and patted each other on the backs.
