To come to terms with the knowing that nothing will stay the same is surely one of the greatest challenges of the human condition. But to master it - to deeply accept that today is all we have - that is a rebellious act of freedom for the soul.
Do not let the violence sew your heart shut with its weathered hands. Leave an opening for the light to enter in. Remember, there is no night without day. Eventually the morning will come. Won't you leave room for sunlight? Won't you? ๐ซโ๏ธ
