Today, I thank You for everything. I also pray for the ability to show gratitude and kindness towards myself. Sometimes, I forget how far I’ve come simply because I am too stressed about tomorrow. May I never downplay my achievements and the things I have. Help me to stop being too hard on myself and to start giving thanks in everything.
