@MistyHa01259914 @Virgofolkie In Polansky's case, there was a criminal charge (unless I remember it wrong.) In Woody Allen's case, there is no suggestion of criminal wrongdoing. The account of events is by the woman herself, and in the very first paragraph she describes how she came on to him.
