As someone who has stayed with family members, friends, and relatives in the hospital back to back, I've observed that the most humbling moment of our lives as humans is when we are hit by a health condition. Most especially if it's a terminal illness, nothing makes sense anymore.

No matter what you've achieved here on earth. All you need at that point is good health. In fact, you're 100% ready to trade all you've ever achieved just to be healthy again.

And this brings me to one question I always ask:
Why do leaders keep looting when they know that one day they will be no more? Vanity!

See ehn, ill health is completely draining. It steals your happiness, runs you dry, runs your finances dry, drains you mentally....

Do you know who I am is no longer in the picture. You see yourself bedridden and at the mercy of the people you once probably felt were not good enough to lace your shoes. But they become the ones who are with you in your most vulnerable moments.
