@GriceChemistry @LatinXChem @DaltonTrans @InorgChemFront @EurJIC We did'nt test orthovanadate by itself because it's a specie that's formed in solution by the breakdown of polyoxovanadates.
From our studies, polynuclear frameworks present better results. The tendency is for the IC50 to decrease as the stability of the POV in solution increases

@gscalese_ @LatinXChem @DaltonTrans @InorgChemFront @EurJIC The V15 has not a signal, because is a mixed-valence POV, and in aqueous solution it hydrolyzes, which increases the intensity of the signals relative to species of lower nuclearity in the NMR spectrum, as V1 and the three signals related to V10 after 24 h.

In the SEM images of breast cancer cells with treatment there are two morphologies, as you said, however the sphere morphology can be attributed to the beginning of death in some cells, also noticing the increase in the number of vesicles.
