@spursfan746 @JohnHayesNews Im not going to pretend to be a legal scholar, but my understanding is that if Paxton takes action against the Big 12, Oklahoma has jurisdiction to step in because of the commerce clause due to OSU being in the confernece. Im guessing it would end up in the supreme court.
