@spursfan746@JohnHayesNews Im not going to pretend to be a legal scholar, but my understanding is that if Paxton takes action against the Big 12, Oklahoma has jurisdiction to step in because of the commerce clause due to OSU being in the confernece. Im guessing it would end up in the supreme court.
@suke1080 This ruling will accelerate the SEC and Big Ten's break away from the NCAA. The NCAA was on the right side but clearly powerless to enforce the rules, their fault or not. The Power 2 need to take it in their own hands and try to govern themselves.
