The Biathlon Integrity Unit @BiathlonU has received confirmation from the Italian NADO of an anti-doping rule violation (ADRV) of Italian biathlete Rebecca Passler.

The ADRV was recorded in a test carried out by Nado Italia who provisionally suspended the athlete.

The IBU and the @BiathlonU welcome the decision of the Swiss Federal Tribunal to reject the appeals of Evgeny Ustyugov. These final rulings uphold the previous decisions of the IBU Anti-Doping Hearing Panel and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
