@rpaliwal71@Lu_na_koria@viasocket@subtask Thank you - it's close :) best to move this to email? The filter works great, the label applies incorrectly (unknown ID rather than resolving to label). It would work best as 2 parts so "Get tasks from filter" then a can apply changes (i.e. label, set priority, anything else)
Exploring using @viasocket to help manage my Todoist task list. Looking pretty useful right now - automated tagging sub tasks, resetting priority on recurring tasks & thinking what else to do next...
@rpaliwal71@Lu_na_koria@viasocket For example on one of them, I wanted to "return all tasks from a filter" Todoist filters look like "subtask & !(@Subtask ๐น)" then process each task that comes back so a "for each" loop to add the tag I wanted. Attached is the JS code (with some error handling)
@Lu_na_koria@viasocket 3 workflows atm using it:
1. Tags subtasks with a "subtask" tag for easy filtering
2. Resets priority on recurring tasks when they are completed
3. Makes tasks due today High Priority
Done using custom Javascript as the native integration didn't handle it quite right
Ooh wow, sitting over here in Bergen, feeling butterflies in my tummy, knowing many people are learning my story at #m365con! Thank you @jeffteper and your wonderful team, for creating and developing SharePoint, and so wonderfully supporting our community! ๐๐๐ฅฐ#TechThatMakeADifference
