@jourdal end of Ch 12 iirc, not even sure of the other pre-requisites but it only showed up after i did all other quests and maps 100% done and other side events.

@jourdal In the quest Can't Stop Won't Stop, if you updated to 1.0.2 and completed all the requirements the quest would never trigger after G-Bike no matter what.

@ChosenNinja45 Since I'm in the process of doing it now, I assume that if its the digital version its pre-installed with 1.0.2 while my physical copy is 1.0.0 and i chose to delete/not install 1.0.2, now i just let it install while I do other things.
