Dear Grey Network Community,
We have officially reached and significantly surpassed the 100,000 user milestone. As outlined in our Tokenomics and Halving Schedule, reaching 100K users activates the next stage of our automated mining reward mechanism.
The 100K milestone was reached some time ago, but the halving did not take effect immediately due to several system upgrades and infrastructure improvements being carried out at the time to continuously serve our esteemed community better. During this period, the existing mining rate remained active while these upgrades were being implemented and finalized.
With the necessary improvements now in place, the 100K halving will take effect on September 1st, 2026, in accordance with the established halving mechanism and published schedule.
โ Base Mining Rate: 0.5 GREY/hour โ 0.25 GREY/hour
โ Signup/Invite Bonus: 50 GREY โ 25 GREY
Both rewards will be reduced by 50%, as defined by the Grey Network halving mechanism.
Thank you for continuing to mine, build, and grow with Grey Network.
The future is GREY NETWORK.
The Power is COMMUNITY. ๐งก

The interesting part is that two things can be true at once:
A message can deserve examination, while the people delivering it can still be deeply flawed.
If a preacher abused the trust placed in them, that tells us something about the preacher not automatically about the truth or falsehood of the message.
Even a bad messenger can carry a message worth investigating.
So the real question isnโt simply, โWere some of the messengers corrupt?โ History already gives us enough reasons to say that some were.
The better question is: Can the message itself withstand scrutiny when separated from the character, motives, and mistakes of those who delivered it?
Donโt confuse the messenger with the message.
Sometimes the smartest audit isnโt deleting the entire file because one page was compromised.

Before you buy that land with C of O, know this.
A lot of people get excited when they hear something like, โThe land has C of O.โ So this is what you need to know about the C of O.
The C of O is a Certificate of Occupancy issued by the government to the original owner (head lessor) for 99 years. Therefore, when you buy from the head lessor, the purchaser gets the unexpired residue of the 99 years.
What this means is this: a landowner obtains a C of O and is granted a 99-year lease by the government over the land. He uses the land for 20 years and then resells it. The new owner has just bought the remaining 79 years of that lease.
So, if that purchaser uses the land for another 15 years and resells it, the current purchaser is buying the land for 64 years. Thatโs how the years keep reducing. It means that at some point, another buyer may end up buying the land with only 10 years left on the lease.
What this means is that when you buy land with a C of O, you are buying the remainder of the governmentโs lease, which is why the purchaser must obtain the Governorโs Consent before the title can be legally transferred.
Many people wrongly believe that every buyer gets a fresh 99 years. That is not the law. The 99 years start counting from the date the original right of occupancy was granted, not from the date you bought the land.
However, when the 99-year term eventually expires, the person who is the holder of the right of occupancy at that time can apply to the government for a renewal or the grant of a fresh right of occupancy, subject to the provisions of the law.
A C of O therefore operates like a long-term lease granted by the government. So before you buy land because it โhas C of O,โ donโt just ask whether it has one, ask when the C of O was issued.
