We draw a clear distinction between honored and retired. We only have 8 retired jerseys. I think only 6 Duke players would have qualified for jersey retirement based on our criteria.

A one and done COULD have his jersey hung IF he comes back a earns his degree from Duke. Jason Williams left a year early but earned his degree in 3 years, so he met the degree criteria.
