Combining seafood with house made pommes frites, our interpretation of comfort food prepared with local ingredients. We begin with fresh Taylor Shellfish mussels harvested from the Puget Sound, which we cook in shallots, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and St. Bernardus Witbier.
