Time to put a stamp on the year and would to say thank you to all the players. Also to parents, family members & fans who came out to support us at each tournament it meant a ton. Both programs with conference titles and both finishing top 14 in the country. It was a great year!

Well that’s a wrap on the Women’s side of things today from Palm Springs, CA. Ladies finished 14th in the country and made history with our first ever made cut. This is a special group of players that gave this old coach a ride of a lifetime. Historic!!!! #UDgolf

The Spartan ladies wrapped up the NCAA Division III National Championship with a 14th-place finish! This historic season marked the first time the Lady Spartans made the cut at nationals, secured the program’s sixth conference championship! Congratulations, ladies!

Tonight, senior Leah Balsbaugh was honored for her outstanding performance this season, earning a spot on the 2026 NCAA Division III PING All-Region Team! This prestigious award is voted on by coaches and recognizes the top players in each region. Congratulations, Leah!

The NCAA Women’s Golf Championship is taking place this week at Desert Willow Golf Resort in Palm Desert!

The team will play two practice rounds on Sunday and Monday before beginning tournament play on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Well these dudes are special and have taken me on an incredible ride this year. From late August to today they balled out and played some great golf. 14th in the country to back to back conference titles = winners in every sense of the word. I am just sad it over - but thank you!
