@OpenreachHelp Hi Gareth, we have, however being told it could take 5 working days isn't really acceptable in my book. We work from home and have a disabled child who relies on an Internet connection for schoolwork

a meeting and lost my work. Pole replaced and workman left, still no Internet or phone line. Told by Openreach to contact provider, provider says they have a call into Openreach but it could take 2 to 5 working days for an Engineer! is this really the service you provide?
